She stops to listen to you and asks the questions necessary to properly diagnose and treat your health concern. This approach is a significant component of retainer medical practice.

Patient Care Options

• Unlimited number of office visits per month to address your health concerns
• One complete physical exam each year
• Dr. Rendall’s availability for telephone consultations
• Medical form completion
• Prescription refill authorizations by phone
• Preferred appointment scheduling
• To foster and build your health care relationship with Dr. Rendall, a six month commitment is required.

Single Care
This option is for those people who want to maintain their current good health with annual check ups, vaccinations, treatment for the common cold, and who do not require on-going prescription refills. Patients pay for each office visit at the time of service and require an appointment.

The Benefits for Individuals and Families

Enrollment in our direct medical practice is an affordable method to have office visits, sports physicals, well child visits, complete annual physicals, telephone consultations, home visits, after hour medical needs, and prescription refills. Call for details.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, debit cards, and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Established patients may pay by personal check for either prepaid enrollment or at time of service. Contact our office for details.
